Animate Pro!

Here is the first thing I've created using Animate Pro. He is the first pass of a design for a little bit of some animation I'd like too do. You get a screen shot because I could not get a decent picture from the learning edition.

I roughed him out on paper, and cleaned him and coloured him in the program. So far I really like Animate pro. After doing some of the tutorials and watching some more advanced examples online I'm pretty excited to learn more.

Just having the colours linked to the swatch was great. Saving gradients! Not having to deal with sync like in flash! And don't forget about Z-depth!

I should have lots of fun animating in it, once I figure out a few more things.

Barber Shop Sketch

My wife had to pick up some fabric for our youngest's stocking. (She has hand quilted one for each of our 3 boys) So I while she was in the store I was in the car and took the opportunity to sketch this Barber Shop. It is actually the one I remember my Dad taking me to when I was a kid.

I spent under five minutes on it. I wish I had a little more time with it. Enjoy!

Happy Holidays!

My eldest son thought that Elves were called Christmas Goblins, so here is my take. I drew this Christmass Goblin in SketchBook Pro and coloured him in Photoshop. The background picture I found on the net and tweaked it in Photoshop to match.
